Michael A. Katz

Michael A. Katz is a principal of Actio with more than 20 years of experience in the repackaging and redevelopment of surplus corporate facilities. Mr. Katz is a former principal of Corporate Properties, LLC and Corporate Asset Advisors, LLC, where he worked with major corporations, such as Schlumberger Ltd., Fruit of the Loom, La-Z-Boy, Sunbeam, Johns Manville and Terex, generating over $300 million from their surplus and underutilized land and plant assets. With particular expertise in turnaround and brown field situations, Mr. Katz brings a corporate perspective as he recommends and implements tailored solutions to achieveour clients’ goals.

With a BA and MBA from Columbia University, Mr. Katz started his career at CBS Inc., where he managed foreign currency exposures and international capital structures. He continued at Price Waterhouse, where he redirected his corporate financial expertise to service the real estate needs of its clients. Mr. Katz is active in community organizations. He serves on the Executive Board and chairs the Board of Education of the North Shore Hebrew Academy on Long Island.

Spiros V. Antoniadis

Spiros V. Antoniadis has more than 30 years of experience the strategic planning and marketing of real estate assets for public and private sectorclients. He has served as Project Directoron a wide range of economicdevelopment and corporate real estate projects, including Brownfield andSuperfund site redevelopment, site relocation, property disposition, realestate management structures and marketing strategies. He has createdand executed a wide range of exit strategies for his corporate clients,including Amerada Hess, Chevron. Agilent Technologies, Cytec
Industriesand International Paper.. Mr. Antoniadis completed his BA at theUniversity of Colorado and performed MA and doctoral work at MiamiUniversity, in Oxford, OH.

Paul M. Seigenthaler

Paul Seigenthaler heads the marketing efforts for Acito. Prior to joining Actio, he was responsible for the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial real estate. Over the last seven years he has represented users, tenants, landlords, developers and various REITs both public and private. He advised on logistics and supply chain issues relating to real estate for his client base. He has leased and sold over two million square feet per year nationwide over the last seven years. Mr. Seigenthaler’s major clients include FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Home Delivery, WESCO, Dunkin Brands, PPG, AmeriHealth and ALCOA.

He graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management.

Christopher D. Buhrman

Mr. Buhrman directs the financial analysis for ACTIO’s clients, including both the evaluation of existing asset performance and the creation of property redevelopment pro formas. Mr. Buhrman previously worked at REIS, Inc. as the inventory analysis team leader where he was actively involved in the planning and management of 47 market industrial research report releases. Prior to working at REIS, Mr. Buhrman was the investment assistant for Emja, LLC where he managed a 10-unit multifamily building and was the team lead for the marketing,
accounting and business relations for a 66-unit condominium conversion/renovation.

Mr. Buhrman is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Mr. Buhrman will complete studies for a Masters of Science in Real Estate Finance program at New York University in August 2012.

Linda T. Lower

Specializing in strategic planning, fixed asset analysis, asset management, project direction, transaction definition and completion, and value enhancement programs for corporate, utility, and institutional clients, Linda Lower has been directly involved in the management of fixed assets solutions for Fortune 1000 companies for over 25 years. She has also been affiliated with Corporate Asset Advisors and North American Realty Advisory Services. Ms Lower is a resident of California and holds Business degrees from both California State University and the University of California.
